removed my VOTs from our HT room and made a different listening (music) room in my basement adjacent to the HT,, tonight I'm listening to them fed by my Fisher 400 (tube) with some good vinyl classical guitar playing,, they now sound as great as I remember them,, I just was never happy with the way they sounded in the HT room fed with a Marantz SR9600 or my Yamaha amp,, always seemed something was not there even after reworking the cross overs,, they must be made for tubes,,

I recently purchased some Magnepan 1.6Qrs and they are now my the mains in the HT,, all I can say is WOW what a difference,,
